If you received an estimated electricity or gas bill, and would like to have this bill adjusted, you can submit your own meter reading.
Your new bill will be then re-calculated using the reading you have provided us. You will only ever pay for the energy you’ve used.
To submit your request, please complete this form. Alternatively, you can text a photo of your meter reading, along with your account number, to 0436 807 109.
Please note: Meter reading submissions need to be provided before the payment due date that is stated on your estimated bill. Requests received after the due date may not be processed.
