If you have received an estimated electricity or gas bill and would like to have this bill adjusted to reflect your actual usage, you can submit your own meter reading.
Your bill will be re-calculated using the reading you provide, and a new bill will be issued. You will only ever pay for the energy you use.
To request this, please complete this form. Alternatively, you can text your account number and a photo of your meter reading to 0436 807 109.
Please note: Meter reading submissions must be provided before the payment due date stated on your estimated bill. Requests received after the due date may not be processed. Please ensure your meter serial number is visible in the photo you provide of your meter reading.
